Our Mission

At xPal, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right.

Our mission is to empower people and organizations to communicate freely, securely, and with greater control over their digital lives. We are building privacy infrastructure designed to help protect identity, communication, and personal data from unnecessary exposure, exploitation, surveillance, and compromise.

We believe people should be able to connect and communicate without surrendering control of their identity or creating unnecessary permanent digital exposure. And when a relationship or interaction ends, people should have meaningful control over what remains connected to them.

That belief is at the heart of everything we build.

xPal is built to protect privacy, identity, and the freedom to communicate.

The Voice of Freedom in a digital world.

Our Purpose

xPal is building an integrated privacy ecosystem centered on private digital identity, encrypted communication, and user-controlled data.

Our current products include xPal Private Messenger, the private 9-digit xID® system, xPal Desktop, and the XAVE local encrypted vault. XAVE Cloud is currently in beta, with additional privacy, communication, storage, and relationship-management capabilities under development.

At the center of the ecosystem is the xID® — a private 9-digit messaging identity that allows people to connect without relying on the direct exchange of traditional personal contact information.

An xID allows members to communicate globally without exposing a personal phone number simply to establish a connection. It is designed to give users greater control over who can reach them and how digital relationships are managed.

Privacy by Design

xPal Messenger is built around end-to-end encryption for text, audio, video, media, and supported communications.

Our goal is simple: the content of a private conversation should remain private.

Core privacy and security protections apply to both Free and Gold members. We do not believe essential communication security should be weakened simply because someone chooses a free account.

xPal is also designed to minimize the exposure of information surrounding private communications. Our architecture and product design focus on reducing unnecessary data collection, limiting identity exposure, protecting content in transit, and giving members greater control over their digital relationships.

As artificial intelligence, surveillance technologies, data aggregation, and automated profiling continue to advance, we believe the need for meaningful privacy infrastructure will only increase.

Our team is committed to developing technology that gives people and organizations greater control over their identity, communications, relationships, and information.

xPal has undergone independent cybersecurity review and certification processes, including work with DEKRA. Relevant certification information is available through the xPal website.

Free and Gold Memberships

xPal offers a Free membership that includes the same core privacy and security protections provided to Gold members.

Free members receive unlimited encrypted text messaging and encrypted audio calling, along with access to selected video-calling capabilities.

Gold membership provides expanded usage and additional features. Current membership features and benefits are available through the xPal website and FAQ.

We also believe financial hardship or payment restrictions should not automatically prevent someone from accessing private communication.

Members in qualifying circumstances may contact xPal Support regarding Gold access.

Our Members

xPal is built for people and organizations that value privacy, security, and control over how they communicate.

Journalists

Journalists operating in conflict zones, politically sensitive environments, or other high-risk situations may depend on private communication to protect themselves, their sources, and the information they report.

xPal is designed to provide a more private environment for communication and the exchange of information without unnecessary exposure of personal contact information.

As part of our commitment to privacy and freedom of expression, journalists may contact xPal Support regarding Gold membership access.

Families

Families should be able to communicate, share photos, media, documents, and personal information without assuming that those interactions must become part of a commercial data profile.

xPal gives families a private environment designed around encrypted communication and greater control over personal information.

Business Professionals

Professionals regularly exchange confidential information with clients, colleagues, advisers, and partners.

xPal is designed to help protect those communications and reduce unnecessary identity and contact-information exposure while preserving the trust between professionals and the people they serve.

Businesses and Organizations

Businesses need secure ways for employees, management, clients, and trusted partners to communicate.

xPal can support private communication environments designed to reduce outside exposure and help protect company information.

As the xPal ecosystem expands, our goal is to provide organizations with increasingly sophisticated ways to manage trusted communication, controlled access, secure collaboration, and closed communication groups.

Public Figures

Executives, athletes, entertainers, creators, political figures, and other highly visible individuals can face increased risks from unwanted contact, identity exposure, social engineering, harassment, and exploitation of private information.

xPal provides a more private communication model designed to give individuals greater control over who can reach them and what personal contact information must be exposed.

Citizens of the World

Privacy should not be a privilege limited by geography.

People around the world face different economic conditions, restrictions, communications environments, and access to payment systems.

xPal’s broader mission is to make strong private communication accessible to as many people as possible while continuing to develop a sustainable global platform.

Buyers and Sellers

People buying or selling goods and services often need to communicate with someone they do not yet know or trust.

xPal can provide a way to communicate without unnecessarily exposing a personal phone number or other permanent contact information at the beginning of that relationship.

When the interaction is complete, users retain greater control over whether the connection continues.

Networking and New Relationships

Meeting someone new should not automatically require giving them permanent access to your personal identity or contact information.

xPal allows people to establish private digital relationships while maintaining greater control over those connections.

If a relationship becomes unwanted, members can terminate or block the connection without needing to change their primary personal phone number simply to regain privacy.

You should control your digital relationships — not the other way around.

Privacy in the Age of AI

The digital privacy challenge is changing rapidly.

Artificial intelligence can analyze, combine, infer, and act upon enormous amounts of information. At the same time, advertising networks, social platforms, data brokers, applications, and online services continue to collect information about people’s identities, interests, communications, locations, relationships, and behavior.

xPal believes the next generation of privacy will require more than encrypted messages.

It will require an infrastructure that helps people control identity, communication, relationships, data, and access.

Identity  |  Communication  |  Relationships  |  Data  |  Access

That is the broader direction behind the xPal ecosystem.

Platform Integrity

Privacy is a right. It is not a license to harm others.

xPal does not condone or support the use of its services for illegal activity or for the promotion, solicitation, or distribution of unlawful content, products, or services.

We maintain policies addressing misuse of the platform. Where credible reports of violations are received and validated through applicable processes, accounts may be restricted, terminated, or permanently blocked as appropriate.

We believe protecting privacy and promoting responsible platform use can — and should — exist together.

Welcome to xPal
